Services are offered individually, and the specific service, its scope, and its terms are those described at the time of purchase. Engagements are ongoing, managed services rather than one-time deliverables, unless otherwise stated for a specific service.

Payments & Cancellation
Fees, billing frequency, and any applicable refund or satisfaction period are as described at the time of purchase for each specific service. Unless a different policy is stated for a specific service, you may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and service continues through the end of the current paid billing period. No partial, prorated, or retroactive refunds are provided beyond any refund period stated at the time of purchase, unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
Service Scope
The services included in your engagement are those described at the time of purchase for that specific service. Fees cover operation and management of the agreed service only. Work outside that scope — such as new website pages, website redesigns or layout changes, new written content, new photos, videos, logos, or branding, SEO or search ranking work, Google Business Profile management, advertising or lead generation, social media management, custom integrations, or unlimited website changes or support — is not included unless it is part of the specific service purchased, and will be quoted and agreed to separately.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Charcoal River Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data, arising from use of this site or our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding thirty (30) days.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
