Make your preview site live

The care plan has no minimum term. It is billed monthly and you may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future recurring charges, and care plan services continue through the current paid billing period.

Cancelling does not take your website offline. Your site and domain are set up in their own hosting and domain account for your business. When you cancel, we make you the owner of that account and remove our access, and your site stays online. Your contact form keeps working too, with nothing to move.

After the handoff, you are responsible for that account, including updating the billing for domain renewal and any changes to your site. Care plan services, including quarterly review updates and monthly small updates, end when you cancel.

If you cancel before your site goes live, we will refund your $599 payment, minus the cost of any domain already registered for you.

Once your site is live, the $599 setup fee is non-refundable.

Your preview is built before you order. Most sites go live within a week after we receive your confirmed details. Timing depends on your review and approval.

We launch your website only after you approve it. Your billing schedule is based on your order date, not your launch date: your first $50 care plan payment is charged 45 days after your order, even if your review or approval is delayed.

We build your site from your Google Business Profile and the business information you confirm on your intake form. You confirm all details. We show your Google reviews word for word, with each reviewer’s first name and last initial; we never edit or invent reviews. You can ask us to leave any review off your site. Your site uses our standard layout for your type of business, with colors from the palette you choose from our options. We do not invent credentials, history, or services, and we do not present photos as your work unless you provide or approve them. You agree that you have the right to use any logos, photos, and content you provide or approve.

After we build a preview, you receive one consolidated round of factual corrections. Send all corrections in one reply within 7 days. Factual corrections cover your business details, services, contact information, and content accuracy: for example, wrong phone, address, email, or hours; services or service areas that are missing, wrong, or no longer offered; spelling and typos; factual errors in your About section; and swapping a photo.

Factual corrections do not include redesign requests (design, layout, colors, or fonts), rewriting text for style or tone, or added scope such as additional pages, sections, features, or photos. These are quoted separately.

If we don’t hear back within 7 days, your project pauses until you review and approve it.

Your new domain is registered in your business's name, in the same account as your website hosting, so you retain ownership and can obtain control of it at any time. Standard domain renewal is included while your care plan is active. When you cancel, that account, including your domain, is transferred to you, and renewal becomes your responsibility.

Your completed website files are yours. We provide a copy at no charge whenever you request it, along with a walkthrough video for making changes yourself. Getting your files never requires a fee.

We set up each website and its domain in their own account, created for your business. When you cancel, we hand that account over to you, and it’s yours to manage however you like.

We are not responsible for changes you or others make to the website after it leaves our hosting, including changes made with AI tools.

Your $50/month care plan includes hosting, SSL security, keeping your domain connected, standard domain renewal while your site is with us, and a contact person for problems with how your delivered site works.

If you have a Google Business Profile, once your first $50 care plan payment has been made, it includes adding your site’s address to the Website button on your Google Business Profile.

It also includes adding your newest Google reviews to your site once per quarter, chosen from reviews of 4 stars or more and shown word for word.

It includes one small update per month. A small update is a simple change to existing content, such as hours, phone number, email, a holiday or closure notice, a service description, or swapping a photo you provide, taking about 15 minutes or less. Send it by email or text. Unused updates do not roll over to later months.

New pages, redesigns, new features, and larger content changes are not included and are quoted individually before any work begins. SEO, lead management, and marketing are separate optional services.

Your site includes a standard privacy policy and texting terms page, written in the format carriers usually look for when reviewing business texting registrations. These are templates, not legal advice. We don’t guarantee carrier or texting approval, and you are responsible for how your business collects information and sends texts. If your business has specific legal needs, have your own attorney review them.

Your site is built for people who already know your name and look you up, and it includes structured data that helps search engines understand your business. We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic, calls, leads, or revenue.

Adding your site to the Website field on your Google Business Profile is part of the care plan, not the $599 build. Once your first $50 care plan payment has been made, and with your permission, we add your site’s address to that field for you. Your Google Business Profile belongs to you, and you can update it yourself at any time. It is controlled by Google; we don’t control how Google displays it.
